ZU1475 HV signal cable

Description

ZU1475 HV signal cable

High-voltage connection cable for transducers

The ZU1475 is a rugged, high-isolation signal cable designed for safely connecting primary high voltage circuits to Knick transducers in the P29000, P40000, P44000, P45000, and P50000 series. Engineered for demanding industrial and railway environments, the ZU1475 provides reliable performance in the most challenging applications.

The cable supports up to 5400 V DC phase to ground and 9000 V DC phase to phase, with an 11 kV test voltage to ensure safe and accurate signal transmission. Its compact 4.5 mm diameter and 1.5 mm² cross-section make it ideal for tight panel installations where space is limited.

  • Rated for high-voltage DC/AC connections up to 9000 V DC / 6000 V AC
  • Stranded, tin-plated copper conductor
  • Low-capacitance (215 pF/m) and low resistance (13.7 Ω/km) for signal integrity
  • Meets EN 45545 (HL1…HL3) and NFPA 130 fire protection standards for rail applications
  • Operating temperature: –50 to +120°C
  • Includes: 2 cables, each approx. 2 meters

We look forward to hearing from you!
