Ergonomically formed puncture sensor with stable body for optimal handling; particularly in tough samples such as meat and cheese.

Unlike typical puncture sensors, this sensor with Memosens technology has an integrated temperature detector. As a result, it enables automatic temperature compensation and
reliable measurement.

The reference system with 2 open junctions creates a good contact to the process medium. The measured value stabilizes quickly and the sensor delivers stable measured values.

And contactless, digital Memosens technology offers significant advantages with regard to handling and robustness. Moisture and contamination at the connector are no longer relevant.
