With the immersion fittings ARD 50 EL and ARD 75 EL, Knick Elektronische Messgeräte GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its portfolio of fittings for liquid analysis with additional electrically conductive (EL) variants. The two industrial fittings have a modular structure and enable a wide selection of application-specific sensors.
Immersion fittings with equipotential bonding for hazardous locations
For safe use of the ARD 50 EL and ARD 75 EL, the two immersion fittings are made of electrically conductive polypropylene, which prevents electrostatic charging. The potential differences are safely discharged via an earth connection on the fitting. The fittings can therefore be used in hazardous locations.
Modular fitting with a wide range of sensors
The two EL variants are based on the ARD 50 and ARD 75 immersion fittings which are already on the market. The modular structure enables options such as different seals, process adaptations or nominal lengths to be combined almost freely. Every fitting can also be supplemented with high-quality accessories and optimally adapted to applications with a wide range of sensors. All sensors with a width of 12 mm can be used, and for the ARD 75 EL various inductive conductivity sensors can be used
