Due to the strong process industry in Switzerland, Knick has had an office based in the country for many years. As part of the ongoing internationalization and industry focus, the company founded a subsidiary in Zofingen in March 2020.

Data logging for liquid analysis

You will not receive any data if you do not activate data recording!

After completing my running workout earlier this week, I went to press the stop button on my fitness tracker, only to find that I hadn't even started my data logger. Although I had enjoyed the jog and felt great, I was left with a feeling of disappointment. I was not able to see the data with which I could evaluate my pace, distance and calories burned. I couldn't compare my performance with previous training sessions. And most importantly, I couldn't upload the kilometers completed to our in-house Fit&Run tool; this error would cost me places in the overall standings.

The industry uses data logging for the same primary purposes:

Monitoring
Validation
Reporting

The pH, conductivity and oxygen measurement data as well as the diagnostic information you need to operate your system safely and schedule predictive maintenance is readily available. Unfortunately, these are still too rarely used.
