Portasondas retráctil Ceramat WA160 en versión de inmersión | Sellado cerámico | Neumático | Profundidad de inmersión de hasta 2000 mm

Portasondas retráctil completamente automático con gran profundidad de inmersión hasta 2000 mm.

  • Profundidad de inmersión entre 600 y 2000 mm
  • Diámetro del tubo de inmersión de solo 65 mm
  • Intercambio sencillo del sensor, incluso con una profundidad de inmersión de 2000 mm
  • Sensores: longitud de 225 mm con electrolito sólido (gel, pasta, polímero...)
  • 2 barreras independientes con limpieza de cavidades

Portasondas de inmersión largo para el uso en calderas, depósitos y canales. Para el funcionamiento con sensores electroquímicos con un diámetro de 12 mm.

Aplicaciones

  • Procesos altamente corrosivos (producción de cloro, fosgenación)
  • Procesos con partículas sólidas sedimentables, abrasivas e incrustantes: desulfuración de gases de combustión, depuradores de gas, producción de azúcar (1.ª y 2.ª carbonatación), colorantes y síntesis de pigmentos, aguas residuales industriales con formación especial de incrustaciones.
  •  Medios pastosos y fibrosos (celulosa, cosméticos, alimentos)
  • Residuos orgánicos y pegajosos (agua de lavado de refinerías, producción de almidón)
  • Procesos críticos para la seguridad con sustancias altamente tóxicas, por ejemplo, fosgeno, ácido prúsico
