以电气隔离方式远程传输测量数据

风电机组的性能数据是可靠评估其效率的核心依据。为了对数据进行精准分类,需将其与远距离测量塔的测量值进行比较——远距离测量塔作为独立参照基准。风电机组性能验证周期漫长,对所采用的测量技术来说,这无疑是项极具挑战性的任务,因此,卓越的坚固耐用性和长期稳定性不可或缺。

技术难度高:在风电机组和测量塔之间传输数据

成功采集到的测量数据通常需要穿越数百米距离,在风电机组与测量塔之间传输。远距离传输信号面临多重挑战,比如地电位差异、瞬态过电压等。这些会给测量设备造成干扰,甚至导致损坏,进而影响风电机组的评估准确性。为此,需要采用故障率极低的隔离放大器,确保信号源与评估单元之间实现电气隔离。此外,该系统还需将数据记录器、SCADA 等不同系统的单/双极性信号,统一转换为标准信号以供后续处理。

P27000 的增益误差 < 0.08 %,温度系数 < 0.005 %/K(基于测量范围终值),即使环境温度出现剧烈波动,也可持续提供精确测量结果。
