The situation surrounding the Corona Virus continues to escalate worldwide. For Knick, the priority first and foremost lies in protecting the health of our employees and their families as well as preventing the spread of the virus at Knick. At the same time, we intend to preserve the operational business as best as possible in order to continue to supply our customers reliably.
We thus rolled out measures early on already to contribute to the containment of the virus. For example, we are generally doing without business trips and now only receive guests on our grounds in exceptional cases. It goes without saying that, by relying on phone and video conferences, we continue to remain in close contact with our business partners.
Independent of the emergence of the Corona virus, our IT infrastructure is designed to be available even in extraordinary situations. As Knick, we are thus nearly 100% home-office ready, so that we will continue to be available for our customers and partners in any case. At the same time, we thus ensure that the probability of a Corona virus transmission to our employees is minimized and hence safeguard our business operations.
Our productions are currently proceeding without any restrictions. We have a large stock and our entire product range is highly available.
Our suppliers have also not notified us of any significant disruptions. As a precaution, we have already raised the stock orders with our suppliers.
Our sales department will communicate any impact on specific orders and delivery dates directly to the respective customer. This open approach allows us to implement specific measures in a timely fashion.
We are confident that we will continue to offer our customers a high quality service during this time. In the interest of the greatest-possible transparency, we will promptly communicate any changes according to the developing situation.
